Do I Need To Be Home When You Do The Quote?

NO, is the simple answer if you agree to us entering your property and all gates are unlocked, we don’t need you to be home when doing most quotes unless you have a protective dog.
If you have a protective dog but we can see most of your yard without needing to enter the area where the dog is we can still do your quote when your not home. If you have a protective dog and we are unable to see most of the yard you will need to be home.

Do I Need To Be Home When You Complete My Service?

NO, is the simple answer if you agree to us entering your property and you leave all gates unlocked or make other arrangements such as hiding a key.
Although if you have a protective dog you will need to restrain it or make an appointment. If you chain your dog up away from the yard or keep it inside we can call or text message you to let you know we have finished all your Lawn Mowing and Gardening Services for the day so you can come home and let them have freedom again.

When Will I Have to Pay?

General Garden Work: Leon’s Lawn Mowing will send you an invoice after completion of most Lawn Mowing & Gardening jobs that are strait forward for your prompt payment providing you continue to pay in a reasonable time.

Large Garden Projects: Leon’s Lawn Mowing Toowoomba will in most situations require to pay a deposit upfront when you accept our quote for most large Gardening & Landscaping jobs just to cover the cost of materials.

Bond & Moving clean-ups: Due to being ripped off by to many tenents that are leaving town we have now got a policy of requiering payment upfront for Bond & Moving clean-ups.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Leon’s Lawn Mowing Toowoomba accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (EFT)
  • Cash but only if paid directly to Leon or Heather.
  • WE DO NOT accept payment by cash being left out. There is to many smart people in Toowoomba that look for the mower mans cash.

What's the best way to contact you?

The best way to contact us for a quote is via our Quote request form as this way we have all the details we need to book your quote. The second best way is to call Mob: 0490 208 255. 

After we get your Quote Request Leon or Heather will be in contact usaly within a couple hours to arange a time to inspect your property. You don’t have to be home when we do the quote inspection as long as you don’t have pet lion’s or unrestrained gard dog’s. 

Do you pickup dog poo?

Our standard quote wont include the picking up of dog poo. If you have dog’s we requiere you to do this before mowing day. We can offer this service to you at an extra chage. Ask for details, but for dog health its recomended to keep your lawn clean daily anyway.
